About

Giancarla Sambo is an entertainment and media law attorney and business affairs executive whose practice spans the full arc of the industry, television, streaming, live events, global touring, and branded content, in English and Spanish.


She has served as in-house counsel at Essence Communications, Business Affairs Manager at The Washington Post, and legal counsel on global touring productions for Will Smith, Peso Pluma, and Mora. As a former broadcast journalist, on-air talent, and pageant titleholder, she understands what is at stake for the people whose names are on the contracts she negotiates.


Her practice serves media organizations, production companies, brands, talent, and creators across New York, Puerto Rico, and Latin American markets, in the language and legal system required by the deal.
