- Purpose: A complimentary 30-minute consultation is offered solely to determine whether we may be able to assist you.
- No Attorney-Client Relationship: The consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established through a signed engagement agreement after conflict checks.
- Cancellation Courtesy: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Repeated cancellations may result in denial of future consultations.
- Limitations: This offer applies only to prospective clients and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an engagement agreement is signed, you may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time upon written notice. Fees for services rendered and costs incurred through the termination date remain payable. Any unused retainer funds will be refunded, subject to deduction of applicable processing fees where permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party providers as necessary to operate this website, deliver services, or comply with legal obligations. These providers must maintain confidentiality and are prohibited from using your information for any other purpose. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
