Giancarla Sambo is a senior media executive and business & legal affairs leader with more than 15 years of experience advising media organizations operating at scale. She works at the intersection of content, talent, and enterprise strategy, partnering with leadership teams to support growth, protect brand integrity, and navigate complexity in high-visibility media environments.

Her career spans Spanish- and English-language television, broadcasting, streaming, digital media, branded content, and live events. Across these platforms, Giancarla is known for aligning legal strategy with commercial and editorial priorities, helping organizations move decisively while maintaining accountability, trust, and long-term value.

Giancarla approaches legal leadership as an enabling function rather than a gatekeeping one. Earlier in her career, Giancarla led and scaled a nationally televised live-event media franchise, overseeing talent, intellectual property, sponsorships, and broadcast partnerships across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This operator experience continues to shape her leadership style, grounding her work in audience trust, brand consistency, and enterprise-wide coordination.
