Giancarla Sambo is an entertainment and media attorney with over 15 years of experience in the legal field. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Entertainment and New Media Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Giancarla advises clients across English- and Spanish-speaking markets on a wide range of transactional matters. Her practice encompasses contract negotiation and drafting for talent, production, pageant, and media companies.

Giancarla regularly handles production agreements, sponsorships, talent management contracts, influencer marketing deals, licensing arrangements, NDAs, master service agreements, co-branding campaigns, custom content, and sweepstakes compliance. Her multi-jurisdictional background allows her to navigate the legal landscapes of both New York and Puerto Rico with ease.

She is also an active speaker on entertainment and media law, as well as a mentor to emerging legal professionals.

In addition to her media and legal credentials, Giancarla brings deep, firsthand experience in the pageant world. She served as Executive Director of the Miss America program in Puerto Rico, having previously held the titles of Miss San Juan Universe (Top 10 finalist at Miss Puerto Rico Universe) and Miss Puerto Rico for the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City.
